A hotel franchisor innovated daily operations, refurbishments, renovations, and future construction to decrease landfill use by ‘reduce-reuse-recycle’ principles. Charities, environmentalists, employees, guests, and the press were wowed. The franchisees saved money and were well positioned to win RFP’s for conferences, government bookings, and large reservations, which consider sustainability and diversity in criteria.
This project was just one in a series of sustainability initiatives and permanent shifts in the way they do business.
Jennifer and I worked on a project with a major hotel chain to distribute beds to people in need. With Jennifer's help, we were successfully provided beds and bedding for thousands of men, women and children across the nation who otherwise would have been sleeping on the floor.
